Tweaking before sending first draft

I’ve completed almost all the pages. I wanted to rinse as much as I could from the website myself before sending it for feedback.
I tried to arrange some of the information in a creative way as most of the pages just have the text placed normally and I thought it would look too basic like the old prospectus.
I exported it as a PDF to send it but when checking the PDF, I noticed an issue with my puzzle pieces. The lines I had drawn in Illustrator to create the pieces were showing up as white lines on the puzzle pieces. It looked fine in InDesign, but it shows up in the PDF. They were very thin lines but there’s no way I could send it like that. The puzzles pieces are an important asset.
So, I had to remake the pieces ad resave them. I had to replace all the pieces in the prospectus with the new pieces, but I didn’t want to redo everything again in case the second version didn’t work, so I just placed it on an emptier page with the old asset and exported it again.
Unfortunately, it didn’t work so I had to make new pieces again.
This time I made one piece instead and exported it to see if it worked. After that I made the others and replaced all the puzzle pieces throughout the design. It was tedious but at least it’s perfect now.
I also added notes in red font on the pages to suggest ideas or show where there is missing information. I think it will be easier for my client to see which pages I’m talking about rather than me writing everything in the email.
