With some help and another email, I finally got a reply from my client. They seem to be having some problems to sort out in school hence the late reply.
The feedback:
They said the design looked great and that the design fits the branding. They said the shapes for the images make it look “interesting” which I think is positive.
They also said the front cover looks a bit plain and suggested incorporated the circular elements which I used on the other pages.
They said a lot of the content can be taken from their website. Originally, I knew this, but I couldn’t start putting information without their feedback, especially because they said they would send the content to me in the meeting.
I’ve got a list of contents now. They said the ‘Curriculum’ section needs condensing as there’s a lot of information which again, they’ve said they will send.
The school logo has also been attached in the email as a PNG and a JPG. Although I noticed it is a different logo to what is used on the website. It also looks skewed, it’s on a white background and the quality is poor so I can’t cut it out. Some of the words in the logo aren’t legible as well because of the low quality.
